Jewellery Quarter station is the closest, about a fifteen-minute walk (0.7 miles). It’s served by West Midlands Trains and Chiltern Railways, and has a West Midlands Metro tram stop alongside it. From Birmingham New Street, you can take the tram from Grand Central to Jewellery Quarter (about ten minutes, every ten minutes), then walk south via Vyse Street and Icknield Street to Summer Hill Road.

New Street is the main hub for long-distance services including Avanti West Coast (London Euston), CrossCountry (Bristol, Edinburgh), and TransPennine Express (Manchester, Leeds). Snow Hill serves Chiltern Railways to London Marylebone.

From the M6, exit at Junction 6 (Spaghetti Junction) and follow the A38(M) Aston Expressway towards the city centre, then follow signs for the Jewellery Quarter or the A457. For sat-nav, use B1 3RB. There is no on-site car park — pay-and-display parking is available on surrounding Jewellery Quarter streets. No membership or pre-booking is needed — just turn up and pay at the door. Bring valid photo ID (you must be over 18). Cash and card are both accepted. On arrival you’ll get a locker key and towel.
