From the M5, leave at Junction 4 and follow the A491 to Stourbridge (around six miles). For sat-nav, use DY8 1TE. Free on-street parking on Lower High Street after 5pm. During the day, Lower High Street is restricted to one hour (no return within two hours). The Ryemarket multi-storey car park (DY8 1PB) is a short walk and is free from 7pm to 7am.

Stourbridge Town station is a five-minute walk. It’s the terminus of the Stourbridge Shuttle — the shortest railway line in Britain — which connects to Stourbridge Junction every ten minutes (three-minute journey). Your First Visit

No membership is required — just turn up and pay at the door. Entry is 18+ only, and photo ID is required if you’re aged 18–21 (reduced rate of £5). On arrival you’ll get a locker key and towel at reception.

If it’s your first visit on a Dare 2 Bare day (Thursday or Sunday), be aware that no towels are worn — you’ll be given a microfibre towel for sitting on. If you’d prefer a towel day for your first visit, any other day of the week is standard dress code.

Heroes runs Dare 2 Bare (towel-free) sessions every Thursday and Sunday. Entry starts from £5 for 18–21 year olds, with a £14 standard rate and £8 after 6pm.
