Sweatbox Soho is at Ramillies House, 1–2 Ramillies Street, London, W1F 7LN — in the heart of Soho, two minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus station. Look for the red door on Ramillies Street, opposite The Photographers’ Gallery.

Oxford Circus (Victoria, Central, and Bakerloo lines) is the closest station, roughly two minutes on foot. Take Exit 4 (Argyll Street) — it brings you out next to the London Palladium, a one-minute walk from Ramillies Street.

Tottenham Court Road (Central, Northern, and Elizabeth lines) is about five minutes’ walk east. The Elizabeth line provides direct connections from Heathrow, Paddington, and Liverpool Street without changing.

Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines) is roughly seven minutes’ walk south via Regent Street.

Old Compton Street is about five minutes south via Great Marlborough Street and Wardour Street. Carnaby Street is less than a minute away. Leicester Square and Covent Garden are both within a twelve-minute walk.

Oxford Street and Regent Street are major bus corridors — numerous routes serve stops directly outside Oxford Circus station. Night buses in the Oxford Circus area provide late-night and early-morning connections across London. Use the TfL Journey Planner for the best route.

Oxford Circus is well connected from all London terminals. Victoria line direct from King’s Cross St Pancras (two stops), Euston (one stop), or Victoria (two stops). Your First Visit

No membership is required — buy a pass at reception on arrival (card only, no cash). Multi-day passes require the Sweatbox app for re-entry, so download it before you visit (iOS / Android). The venue is strictly 18+ with ID checks enforced. If you’re 25 or under, bring valid physical photo ID on every visit to get the reduced rate or free Hard Up entry.

On arrival you’ll receive two towels and a locker key. The venue operates a key-and-bracelet system — you exchange your locker key for a bracelet when moving between floors. The bar, jacuzzi, and lounge are on the ground floor; the spa and play areas are on the lower levels; the gym is upstairs. No outside food or drinks are allowed. The maximum stay on any pass is 8 hours per visit.
